1.Platform definition and scope: including but not limited to storage and backup platform, DR and HA platform, virtualization and cloud computing platform, Microsoft AD Platform, Email Platform, UC & Collaboration Platform, Linux and Windows OS, Server Hardware, DB & Middleware Platform, Client Computing Platform etc.

2.Platform strategy plan and roadmap: upon business strategy and project requirement, considering the compliance and security requirement, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, compose and follow-up 3-5 Years IT Strategy Plan review and approval, setup specific platform roadmap to ensure the platform service delivery efficiency, while also fulfill the requirements on RoI, technology advantage, availability, compliance.

3.Platform standard & lifecycle: be responsible to define the system platform standard, to fulfill the requirements like security, functionality, performance, compatibility & integrity; upon the manufactory and compliance requirements, define system platform lifecycle management process, and ensure bank’s production environments platform components are well supported by manufactory.

4.Platform capacity & planning: cooperate with DC Ops function, manage the DC platform capacity on annual basis, compose the annual capacity review report, conduct feasibility study for the DC capacity upgrade plan, list down the projects into PMO annual project plan.

5. DC & Branch Platform Project Management: be responsible for DC & branch system platform project annual feasibility study, planning, project lifecycle delivery management, system integration and verifications.

6.Policy and process: assist IT Department Head on the Arch. Governance policy and process definitions, implement the Arch. Gov. model within IT organizations.

7.Tier 3 technical support: accept the DC Ops Tier 3 escalations for platform production issue, provide the platform ops framework design and performance metrics standard, backup DC Ops.
